We are thrilled to unveil Ava, the latest evolution in DoiT's GenAI technology. With this inaugural public release, you can bypass the traditional Help Center search and instead ask questions about the DoiT Console using natural language right on the platform.
This upgrade significantly enhances the DoiT documentation accessibility, enabling FinOps professionals to submit natural language inquiries within the DoiT Console Docs (help.doit.com). Ava will assist by highlighting pertinent sections or pulling precise data from the documentation. Consequently, FinOps experts can minimize reading time and allocate more time to fine-tuning their cloud infrastructure.
Over the last half-year, Ava has been a game-changer in improving various internal processes at DoiT. It has significantly facilitated information acquisition, enrichment, and content optimization for the Customer Reliability Engineering team.
